Who we are

Hayyak is an independent guest platform for holiday-home operators in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at hello@hayyak.ae.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the details you enter in the form: your full name, company name, email address, WhatsApp number and number of units, and, if you choose to tell us, the PMS and smart locks you use, what matters most to you and whether you would like to join the free pilot programme.

With each submission we also record the language of the page, the campaign parameters in the link you followed (such as utm_source) and the website that referred you, so we know which channels bring operators to us.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about early access, the early-access offer and the pilot programme, and to decide which integrations to build first. We do not sell your details or share them for advertising.

Analytics and cookies

We measure visits with privacy-friendly analytics that does not use cookies and does not build profiles of individual visitors. This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Storage and retention

Your details are stored with our hosting and database providers, who process them only on our behalf. We keep them only as long as we need them for the purposes above, and we delete them sooner if you ask us to. Our hosting and database providers store this data in data centres located in the United Arab Emirates. The Hayyak platform follows the same rule: guest details, ID scans and stay records are stored inside the UAE.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@hayyak.ae and we will reply as soon as we can.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
